Matcha can be enjoyed in many ways however we strongly recommend incorporating it into you morning smoothie or as a Matcha Latte.

How to brew the perfect cup of tea:
- Use 1-1.5 TSP of matcha in 4oz of hot water and whisk vigorously until frothy.
- Enjoy as is for a stronger brew or add in a further 8 oz of hot water for a milder drinking experience.
- Enjoy it on its own or sweeten with maple syrup/sugar.
How to make a latte:
- Heat up 8-10oz of milk or alternative (if possible froth milk)
- Use 1-1.5 TSP of matcha in 4oz of hot water and whisk vigorously until frothy.
- Pour the milk into the matcha
- Sweeten with honey, maple syrup or sweetener or your choice.

This is my go-to morning drink. I make it with monk fruit sweetener, and whatever plant based milk I have handy.
